Restaurant l'Hostellerie Alsacienne

The restaurant, open since June 2023, offers a daily menu and two options: a gourmet menu based on the Flavors of Alsace and a Suggestions menu which changes according to arrivals. The chef offers gourmet, tasty and imaginative cuisine. You can enjoy a beer brewed in Alsace and tartes flambées (Flammekueche) at lunchtime or in the evening. A beautiful list of around 50 wines from all over France gives pride of place to Alsace with three winegrowers and a wide range of wines by the glass. The decoration is the strong point of the room, adorned with magnificent chandeliers and woodwork created by cabinetmakers. In summer, the terrace welcomes customers in the shade of its large tree. An annex room of the restaurant with personalized decoration can be privatized for 30 people, it includes a screen and projection equipment. A team of 8 people works at the Hostellerie Alsacienne with a smile and a warm ear. The Hostellerie houses 5 apartments, gîtes for short-term rental.
