Gîte de la Guimondière avec piscine (6 pers.)

Situated in the Saint-Aubin-du-Désert countryside, on the border of the Mayenne and Sarthe departments, the spacious and comfortable Guimondière gîte is remarkable for its many facilities and perfectly landscaped grounds.
Swimming pool, wood-fired jacuzzi, barn with games (table tennis, skittles, etc.) and large garden with lovely views are the assets of this beautiful holiday home. The bakery and restaurant are a 5-minute drive away, and the town with all its amenities is just 10 minutes away!
The house has a ground floor and a first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child. It has one bedroom with a super king-size bed and 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double with a single bed and 1 twin). There is a shower room/WC on each floor of the house.
The double sofa bed in the living room can sleep up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen/dining room is a large country kitchen with vaulted ceiling, fully equipped with all necessary appliances. French doors open onto the garden and lead to the outside dining area (with patio, sheltered area with gas barbecue). The large barn next to the gîte has a bowling alley and table tennis table.
Dogs are welcome, if required, the gite garden can be fully fenced.
