This large family house (125 square metres), located near the Charnie forest, sleeps 10 people.
The rooms are spread over 3 floors, with comfortable staircases. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room can accommodate up to 10 people. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs on the ground floor and 1st floor.
There is a private enclosed garden, with garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue (under construction, completion of fittings and equipment: April 2023).
This is the ideal place to go hiking in the forest, the Charnie and all the Coëvrons, the highlight of which is Sainte Suzanne (7 km), classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
All shops and services in Evron (7km).

Business stays: 7 people maximum - Housekeeping compulsory (1 cleaning per stay of 1 to 14 nights).
Stays of 1 to 2 nights: arrival 4pm and departure 4pm.
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm and departure 10am.
Please agree times before your stay.

1st - Bedroom CP, 12m², with 2 twin beds 90*200, TV, storage - Bedroom CM1, 14.7m², with school desk, 2 twin beds 90*200, storage - Bedroom CM2, 11.6m² with 1 bed 160*200 and storage - Bathroom and WC with changing table, hairdryer.
2nd attic - Bedroom CE1, 10m² (20m² floor space), with 2 twin beds 90*200, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, storage space - Bedroom CE2, 9m² (21.7m² floor space) with 2 twin beds 90*200 and storage space.

Oil-fired heating - Flat-rate charge of €15/night to be paid when booking or to the owner if heating is required - Compulsory from 1/11 to 31/3.

Deposit of 400€ required. PAYMENT by CHEQUE to the order of the TRÉSOR PUBLIC (the owner is a local authority).
Option: cleaning at 120€ (1 cleaning per stay from 1 to 14 nights, 2 cleanings over 1 month) - Towels 4€/pers.
Included : Beds made - 8kWh electricity/day - Kitchen linen.
