Les jardins de Castillon Plantbessin

Listed as a ‘remarkable’ garden with over 2,000 plant varieties for the visitor to admire and even to purchase in the adjacent market garden. Created 15 years ago, a second terraced garden is planted with yews pruned in topiaries in an Italian spirit, with a maze at its extremity. The garden was awarded the National Garden Prize 2009 by the AJHH (gardening and horticulture journalists’ association).
