Contemporary cuisine, with a Bresse twist and a touch of Provence!
The restaurant’s terrace or dining room invite you to take your time and enjoy a peaceful lunch or dinner. The Auberge is a welcoming place to savor simple, authentic dishes. We offer traditional regional dishes: Bresse chicken with cream and morel mushrooms, or fresh frogs cooked in a parsley-garlic sauce (by reservation). You’ll also find fresh vegetables from the local market, carefully selected fish and meats, often paired with the flavors of Provence—a nod to the chef’s early years in the kitchen.
The hotel features 14 three-star rooms, along with a pool, spa, and meeting room.
