Château de Bellenave

Château de Bellenave is one of the oldest feudal houses in the Bourbonnais region. (ISMH). Free visit of the park, ramparts and castle hall.
Free outside visit. Guided tour of the interior upon appointment. This castle is one of the oldest feudal houses of the Bourbonnais. A part of the ramparts and the dungeon are still in place. We can see sculpted elements from the 13th and the 14th centuries, a Romanesque door and a series of mullioned windows from the 15th century, a façade from the 17th century. ISMH.
