Auberge de la Source**** - Collection Saint-Siméon

A few minutes from Honfleur, and very close to Deauville, the Auberge de la Source looks like a painting that one would like to take home. Nestled in the heart of a typical Norman village, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, three springs thread their way through the undergrowth, fish ponds stretch across the garden, all punctuated by fruit trees and hollyhocks. Step through the door and you will be pampered in one of the 19 rooms, real little sweets filled with elegance and equipped with all the comforts. An ode to relaxation and laziness, after a delicious meal concocted by our Chef Alexis Valton, enjoyed by the fireplace in winter or under the apple trees in the summer.
To complete your stay in this bucolic setting, Patricia Verbecq, French massage champion in 2019, and her team, welcome you to the Ferme Saint Siméon, for a moment of absolute relaxation in solo or duo. Lazing on the nearby beach, walking or horseback riding in the countryside and playing golf are also on the agenda for a busy day.
