The 80 m² house features a large open-plan living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa beds (not sofa beds), a bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs (seven single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed upon request). A garden with a terrace, a courtyard, and free parking are available.
