




After studying cookery in the Landes region of France, Alexis was lucky enough to join the team at Moulin de Poustagnacq in Saint-Paul-Lès-Dax, then at Restaurant des Voisins in Salies-de-Béarn. He then had the privilege of joining chef Etchebest's brigade for 3 years, during which he was able to progress and hold a number of different positions. The call of the region was too strong, so he returned to the country with a stint at Stéphane Carrade's Maison Ruffet.
With his luggage full, Alexis is now setting up his own private chef business to come and cook in your home!
