L'Ardillon

So who are the owners?
L'Ardillon is the result of a joint project between two brothers from Pornic, Léo & Paco. When they were children, they regularly went fishing with their family. As they grew up, they quickly acquired a taste for French gastronomy and for getting together with friends to enjoy generous dishes and fine wines. Added to this was an interest in travel and discovery. Driven by these same passions, they set about creating a place in their own image. So, on 15 June 2021, they opened l'Ardillon, their fish and seafood restaurant in Pornic.

If you're looking for a restaurant in Pornic for your big events - weddings, birthdays, after-work parties - l'Ardillon has an inner courtyard that can accommodate your family, friends or business meetings.

L'Ardillon, which refers to the barb on hooks that prevents the fish from unhooking, is also a sea bass and fish restaurant!
