Gourmets are right to climb the steps leading to the upper town - the Escalier Gourmand is worth the diversions for its location alone!
When the weather's fine, you can even take advantage of the little terrace nestling right at the heart of the stairs, with its brightly coloured furniture. Nothing too intimate, but just the right amount of charm to make you want to relax.
Inside, you'll find inventive cuisine (tajine of scallops and prawns, mixed seafood sauerkraut grilled à la plancha) in a neat, modern setting with a mix of tables, benches, side tables and paintings on the walls.
Home-made couscous is served every Thursday and Friday evening. The wine selection changes every month.
A good address to discover, unless you've already done so.
