Large garden of 2300m² to be shared with the second gîte. Parking in the property. Internet access. Municipal swimming pool opposite: heated swimming pool with hammam and jacuzzi and outdoor wave pool. Bicycle reception gite and baby gite. Public transport, train station, A62 at 8km (interchange 5). Tourist tax to be paid. Sheets, towels and cleaning included.
