Set back in a garden, Villa Alexandra is a Modernist-style villa built in 1939. Its almost cubic mass is enlivened by recesses and three-sloped oriel windows, the one on the street side being covered in white rendering. Fortunately, the original joinery, with its fine horizontal lines, has been preserved. At the dawn of the 20th century, Spad's villas reached the height of their construction period. It came to a halt with the outbreak of the First World War, but picked up again during the inter-war period, with a number of modernist buildings.
