In a recent villa, two independent guest rooms, each with its own bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet.
If required, the two bedrooms can form a family suite for 4 people.
Both rooms have a wifi connection and courtesy tray.
Each bedroom is equipped with recent bedding (a 160cm bed in one, two 90cm beds that can be twinned in the other), a large wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, and has direct access to the house's garden.
Enclosed landscaped garden. Deckchairs are available to enjoy the outdoors.
Independent access from outside the house.
Private parking on the property. The house has a storage room for pushchairs, bicycles and surfboards.

Baby equipment available on request.

The classic breakfast (hot drink - bread - butter - jam) can be served in the bedrooms or in the living room, depending on your requirements.

The rooms are located near the Avenue de l'Atlantique, between the centre of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire and Bourgenay. An ideal location for exploring Talmont and the surrounding area. The seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne is nearby and accessible via the Corniche tourist route (access by the seafront).
