It comprises a main room with a sleeping area (1 bed 160) and a kitchen/dining area opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool and park. The entrance leads to the shower room, separate toilet and sleeping area (2 single beds (1 bunk bed) recommended for two children). The swimming pool, relaxation area with spa and outdoor facilities (soccer pitch, badminton court, trampoline, etc.) are accessible and can be shared between residents in a large wooded park. The estate is within easy reach of Futuroscope and many other attractions.
