The ground floor features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and sitting area; the dining room opens onto a 15m² covered outdoor terrace. The second floor features a living room with TV, library and access to a large balcony. One bedroom (160cm bed), with private bathroom and WC. On the 2nd floor, a 2nd large attic bedroom with air-conditioning, 160cm bed, private bathroom and WC. Accessible from outside and totally independent, a third bedroom (160cm bed), with private shower room and separate toilet. You can also relax in the 2000m² garden planted with flowers and trees.
