Close to Saint-Pardoux-Isaac and Miramont-de-Guyenne, come and stay in this pretty gîte. During the restoration of this house, the owner was able to keep the original elements which make all its charm, the old dovecote with its visible beams and the bread oven transformed into a bench to meet around the kitchen table. During your stay, you can enjoy the quietness of the place while being close to the shops. It's the perfect place to relax around the pool or to discover the surroundings.
First floor : a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed (140) and the other with 1 bed (160), a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet. In the old dovecote, 1 bedroom with 1 bed (140). 130m2 terrace with garden furniture. Shared swimming pool secured by barriers.
