Situated between Bordeaux and Toulouse, 15km from Agen and the Gers, the gîte LeChalet is ideal to discover the region for two and fishing lovers. 2.6km from the village of Laplume, with its hilly landscape of vineyards and meadows, you will appreciate its tranquility, while enjoying the many attractions of this village with its heritage, its discovery trails, its shops and services (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy ...). It is on a former 18th century farmhouse totally restored by the owners, that the former pigs' dwelling has been transformed into a cosy gîte. On the road to Astaffort, on the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining area and a relaxing lounge. Upstairs, a bedroom on the mezzanine (1 bed in 180) with its shower room and toilet. Adjoining the owners and not overlooked, you will enjoy the softness of the lake for swimming (professional)
