Sanguinet is located at the limit of the Landes and the Gironde. A preserved and remarkable natural space in the heart of the Landes forest, home to a rich and varied fauna and flora, not to mention the lake. A village on a human scale, you will find all the equipment and services of proximity, health and shops (bakeries, butcher's shop, Intermarché (drive) etc.).
At 800 meters from the lake of Sanguinet (800m kite surfing beach and port of Estey and 1km from the 1st beach) you can go there by taking the cycle track which passes in front of the house and rent bicycles, boats with or without license. 13 km from the Bassin d'Arcachon, 25 km from the Dune du Pilat.
