



Vézac, a small village of 600 inhabitants, is located in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, at the gates of Sarlat. Its flagship: Marqueyssac, a sumptuous listed site whose 18th century castle has a magnificent garden decorated with pruned boxwood, classified as a "Remarkable Garden of France". It benefits from a unique view of the many surrounding castles: Castelnaud, Fayrac, Beynac.
Worth a visit, the Romanesque church of Vézac built in the 14th and 15th centuries will amaze you with its thick walls of golden limestone and its architectural richness. It has thick walls built in beautiful golden limestone, few openings and a superb bell-tower-wall.
