Description

A typical village in the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to Sarlat, Lascaux and Les Eyzies, Saint-Vincent de Cosse borders the Dordogne valley. It takes its charm from its ochre stone houses with traditional slate roofs, which line the narrow streets of the village.
There are many possible walks during which you will discover an admirable sample of the local rural heritage. You can also admire the magnificent porch as well as its path dating from the Gallo-Roman period, the Chartreuse, numerous houses of character and the water mill which still supplies the whole village with drinking water today. Finally, enjoy the breathtaking views of Beynac, Marqueyssac and the famous Château des Milandes.
