Building built between the 11th and 12th centuries, comprising a single nave with barrel vaulting, followed by a domed bay and a chevet in a hemicycle vaulted at the cul-de-four. The church was fortified at the beginning of the Hundred Years' War. In 1885, the facade was rebuilt topped by a bell tower, and the rest was restored, notably the buttresses of the front choir and part of the vaulted brick nave. The major architectural transformation at the end of the 19th century took away most of its Romanesque appearance. The interior plastering in faux apparatus covers all the frescoes of the end of the 15th century. In 2013, Didier Legrands' team, from the Instituto Centrale per il Restauro in Rome, will carry out the first phase of restoration work on the mural paintings, which is an important step in the enhancement of an exceptional ensemble
