PATRIMOINE - Menhir
Description
This stele dates from the second millennium BC. This menhir is rather unusual, at least for our region.
Modest in size (1.35 metres), it features crude carvings of a figure. This menhir is similar to those seen in the south of France, particularly Corsica. It was later Christianized by carving a cross under the large human head.
