Description
On the Perigordin causse, in Pays d'Ans, Marie-Claude and Jean-Paul welcome you to their truffle-field to share their passion and make you discover the mysteries of the truffle.
During the visit (about 1h30), you will learn about truffle tree maintenance, truffle lifecycle, its varieties, tree species, and different trenching techniques : with a fly (according to the season), or with the dog (according to his mood).
The visit ends with a tasting of truffled butter toasts with a glass of wine.
Special tastings available on request.
