Jardin de Rhéa

The vegetables are sold to private individuals, professional caterers and local grocery stores. On the farm, we will have the opportunity to harvest vegetables together if you wish.

Over 30 varieties of fresh, organic seasonal vegetables are produced on the farm and available between May and November. The vegetables are grown without the use of chemicals. The only inputs used are wood chips, straw and manure. In my farming, the soil comes first, which is why I like to keep it as alive as possible, by minimizing tillage. Only the top 5 centimetres are refined for certain seedlings.
