Also known as "freediving", it's an extraordinary underwater activity full of surprises, an atypical sport and leisure activity combining relaxation and underwater exploration... There are several freediving disciplines: static, dynamic and depth, itself divided into two categories: free immersion and constant weight. Accessible from the age of 12 (in the pool) or 15 (in the sea), it's a complete sport that demands a certain amount of self-control, listening to your body and constant work to improve your performance and therefore surpass yourself.
