I offer yoga classes (vinyasa, hatha, yin, pranayama, meditation, pre/post-natal, therapeutic) at home.
Private or group sessions, from 5 to 100 years old, for beginners or not.
I also give workshops on request and lead yoga retreats if the opportunity arises.
