The gîte comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room/kitchen, a sitting area, a toilet, a first bedroom (adapted for PRM, 1 bed 160) with private shower room/WC and bay window allowing independent access, two bedrooms (1 bed 160 in each), a bathroom (shower + bath) and another independent toilet. Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed), two shower rooms and a separate WC. Wifi internet access. Outside, terrace (2 picnic tables, gas hob), grounds of approx. 2,000m², swimming pool (4 x 10.3 m) heated from 15 April to 30 October. The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of two farms (goat and cattle farms).
