The house is located in a private cul-de-sac with secure access to the sea (7 minutes' walk) and 800m from the town centre. It is ideal for family holidays (4 bedrooms - sleeps a maximum of 8), with a pretty landscaped garden on a sloping sand dune.
La Faute-sur-Mer is located on the Pointe d'Arçay peninsula, facing the Ile de Ré and the Pertuis Breton. The seaside resort boasts a network of cycle paths, a large skate park and a 9-hole golf course. It is bordered by an uninterrupted 8km sandy beach ending in the Pointe d'Arçay nature reserve.
Less than an hour from Les Sables d'Olonne and La Rochelle, an hour and fifteen minutes from Le Puy du Fou and south of the Marais Poitevin with its canals navigable by boat. Accrobranche Indian Forest 30 minutes away, O'Gliss park 25 minutes, Karting La Joncheray 20 minutes, Inter-Iles links at Saint Martin de Re and La Tranche 10 minutes.

The 115m2 house is well maintained and offers every comfort. It is set in 500m2 of enclosed landscaped grounds and comprises :

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, but you can hire the services of our concierge: 120€.
