On the 2nd floor with lift, it comprises a kitchen area opening onto the living room with 1 large bay window and a small balcony overlooking a square with a bakery, 2 bedrooms to the rear, one with 1 double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds (80cm), a shower room and separate WC.

Facilities: fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 gas rings, dishwasher, electric griddle, TV, washing machine.

Pets not allowed.
Arrival between 5pm and 8pm, departure between 8am and 10am, handled by a concierge.
Household linen is not provided, but can be hired.

Minimum stay 3 nights, 4 nights during school holidays.
In summer, arrival only on Saturday or Sunday, 6 nights minimum.
30% deposit to be paid on signing, then full rent one month before arrival.
Deposit cheque for 300€ (not cashed).
Cleaning charge extra.

Everything can be done on foot. Park your car and enjoy your stay!
