Chalet located in the Parc de La Croix des Fontenelles, 4 km from the centre of La Roche sur Yon and 38 km from the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Accommodation comprises a living room/lounge/kitchen, a first bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with walk-in shower and private separate WC, a second bedroom (2 x 80cm twin beds) with private shower room/WC and a third bedroom (1 x 80cm mezzanine bed). Wifi internet access. Outside, private terrace and private grounds of 250m². Shared facilities on the 5-hectare estate: heated swimming pool open from 1 June to 31 October 2023, barbecues available, children's games, table tennis, boules pitch, bicycles, coin-operated laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer).
