Located at the entrance to the Lyarne aquaculture park in Moutiers-en-Retz, Olivier opened his traditional fish smoker in 2022.

Poiskaï Sud is a little treasure trove for seafood lovers and those in search of local experiences. In this warm and unusual place, you can buy and taste directly on the spot.
