









Gwendoline's idea: make ice creams with cow's milk straight from the family farm.
After several training courses and internships, she trained with Master Ice Cream Maker Gérard Taurin (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Champion Ice Cream Maker in Turin, Italy). Together, they created several ice cream and sorbet recipes in collaboration with local producers.

Did you know?
For their first participation in the Lyon International Competition ® in 2023, the Délices de l'Air Marin team won the gold medal for chocolate ice cream and the silver medal for vanilla ice cream!
