Cabane étape Marais

Situated near the Vélomaritime, the Marais Stopover Cabin is on a site comprising two stopover cabins.

Access to the site and the communal facilities is by digital keypad only; you will be given the code a few days before your arrival. On site, you will find a building situated a few metres from the holiday cabins, which comprises a kitchenette with a sink unit, a small fridge, a microwave, cleaning equipment (broom, dustpan, bucket), as well as a table and four chairs, and a bathroom area comprising one shower, one toilet and a washbasin with a mirror.

Ideal for cycle tourists or hikers, the Marais overnight cabin is a half-timbered, half-canvas accommodation on a wooden floor, comprising a sleeping area of approximately 5 m² with two beds, (two 80 x 190 bed bases on legs with a mattress protected by a cover), an electrical socket and a terrace with a canopy equipped with two chairs and a table.
A single-use mattress protector per bed is provided, along with a cleaning kit. There is a space between the stopover huts where you can store your bikes.

A bike repair kit (small tools) and practical and tourist information are available.

The stopover cabins will reopen in April 2027.

The package includes one night’s accommodation in a stopover cabin (check-in from 4 pm / check-out by 10 am); check-in is not available on Sundays or public holidays. Subject to availability, it is possible to book both stopover huts at the same time (please contact us by email: ouistreham@caenlamer-tourisme.fr).
