On Tuesdays, our producers tell us about the vegetables they have harvested, the fish they have caught, or the animals they have chosen. From there, the chef establishes his menu for the week. It's a bit like his return from the surprise market!

Guided by our local breeders and artisans to make the most of their exceptional products, Victor inscribes his cuisine in a respect for the environment, recognizing the efforts of our small producers and concerned with limiting his waste to a minimum.

You will have understood that we offer a reduced menu , punctuated by the seasons, home-made and from short circuits!
