Villa Octavière gîte rural

Holiday home for up to 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room, situated in the countryside (peaceful setting) and 15 km from the beautiful beaches.

EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE

The entire property is private. The gîte, garden, spa and swimming pool are for the use of the booking group and are not shared.

- Indoor swimming pool 6m x 3m, 1m20 deep
- Spa/Jacuzzi (heated to 36 degrees all year round)
- Large private secure garden
- Barbecue with charcoal and wood included
- Play area with swings
- 15 bikes available (adults, children and toddlers), with bike trailer
- Sheets, duvets, towels, with beds made before arrival

The swimming pool (1m20 deep) has a shelter and can be used in bad weather. It is heated by the sun's rays (warm in summer, cooler in spring and autumn and cold in winter).

The outdoor spa/jacuzzi is available all year round and is heated to 36 degrees all year round. It has a cover and weather protection.
