This old wine press has been superbly restored to welcome your stays with family or friends in the Pays d'Auge countryside. You will discover an interior rich in decorations which mixes Norman tradition and the current spirit of the lofts. Independent house (adjoining an unoccupied building) in a vast property including two other gîtes ref. 2323 and 2351. First floor: living room with dining room and two sitting areas and games table, semi-open kitchen, shower room with toilet. First floor: mezzanine with living room and sofa bed (1 person), 1 master suite with bedroom and private shower room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate wc. All double beds are 180x200cm, beds made and towels provided. 2 TV, DVD and Hifi. Wifi Internet connection. Private enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture. Cleaning and laundry package mandatory 60€ to be paid on site. Bathrobes provided. Change of sheets and towels after 1 week of rental. Outside heating on the terrace.
