Ground floor: large living room (TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, WIFI) with fitted kitchen (LV, MO, combi-congel, LL, SL), 1 ground floor bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (bed 140) with access to Italian shower room and WC. First floor: shower room with WC, 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed, 2 with 2 single beds), 1 of which gives access to 1 attic bedroom (with 2 single beds and 1 cot). Games area shared with other gîtes (swing, table tennis). Pets welcome. Sheets and linen for hire, baby welcome label. 20km from Bayeux, 15km from Saint Lô. Ideal for a family holiday, 1.5 km from the shops in St Clair.

EDF CHARGES not included: EDF (with water): 50 € per week from 04 July to 29 August 2025 and EDF: 0.27 € per kwh consumed at other periods, with 8 kwh free per night).

OPTIONS
- Cleaning at the end of your stay: 95 €.
- Sheets provided, beds made up: 1 set of bed linen for a couple: €12 per bed; In the basic contract, sheets are not provided and beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillow protectors and duvets or blankets.
- supply of 2 towels per person: €5 per person.
