First floor: large living room (TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, WIFI) with integrated kitchen (LV, MO, combi-congel, LL, SL), 1 bedroom on the ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (bed 140) with access to the Italian shower room and WC. Floor: shower room with WC, 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed 140, 2 with 2 beds 90) including 1 giving access to 1 bedroom under the roof (with 2 beds 90 and 1 baby bed). Playground shared with other cottages (trampoline, portico, ping-pong). Animals accepted. Sheets and linen rental, baby welcome label. 20km from Bayeux, 15km from Saint Lô. Ideal for a family stay, 1.5 km from the shops in St Clair

EDF CHARGES not included: EDF (with water): 45 € the week from July 04 to August 29, 2020 and EDF: 0.19 € the kwh consumed in the other periods, with 6 kwh offered by night).

OPTIONS

- Supply of sheets, made beds: 1 set of bed for two: 10 € per bed; In the basic contract, sheets are not supplied and the beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillow protectors and comforters or blankets.
