La LAITERIE de la ferme de la Baconnerie (www.vacationnormandy.fr: 20km from the D-Day beaches, pleasant stone house for 10 persons, 5 bedrooms with private enclosed garden (bathroom, barbecue).
First floor : large living room (wood stove, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, WIFI) with integrated kitchen (LV, MO, combi-congel, LL, SL...), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90) accessible to people with reduced mobility, with access to the Italian shower room with WC.
Floor: shower room with WC, 3 bedrooms (2 x 1 bed 140, 1 x 2 beds 90), one of which with access to a last bedroom under the roof: (2 beds 90)
Playground shared with other gîtes, ideal for children (swing, trampoline ..). Animals allowed.
Sheets and linen for rent. All baby equipment. Bayeux 20km, Saint Lö : 14km, shopping at 1,5 km in St Clair.

EDF CHARGES not included: EDF (with water): 30 € the week from July 04 to August 29, 2020 and EDF: 0.19 € the kwh consumed at the other periods, with 6 kwh offered by night). In heating period: 1 wood stove (10 € the wheelbarrow).
