Description
Hôtel de ville de Niort jusqu’à la Révolution, le Pilori est aujourd’hui un lieu d’expositions temporaires. Dans le style renaissance, sa décoration est empruntée au château d’Azay-le-Rideau. Depuis mai 2009, il est donné carte blanche à un artiste invité chaque mois. La municipalité encourage ainsi vivement la curiosité à l’égard de la création contemporaine locale. L’entrée est gratuite.
