La Bonnière is a traditional Percheron house renovated to offer comfortable, pleasant living spaces for stays with family(ies) or friends. The house features a wood-burning stove and a large, convivial kitchen-dining room, open to nature thanks to its large windows. Families are welcome, with 2 of the bedrooms designed for children. The house borders the Réno-Valdieu national forest, making it easy to take long walks. The house has 3 levels: on the ground floor you'll find a large kitchen-dining room, a corridor leading to 1- a large double bedroom with bathroom (WC, Italian shower), a small children's bedroom with bunk beds (and a window overlooking the living room), a storeroom/laundry room. On the intermediate floor (also accessible from the outside), you'll find the 2 living rooms, bathroom (bathtub) and separate WC.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a double bedroom and a triple bedroom. The garden (approx. 400m2) is accessible from the ground floor and is equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and a barbecue to make the most of fine weather.
