Franck Pelliciolli, master restaurateur, offers high-quality cuisine made from finely prepared fresh, local produce at the Auberge de Contrevoz, in the heart of a typical Bugiste village.
The Auberge de Contrevoz is an old farmhouse in the region that has been completely renovated in a modern and welcoming style.
A large shaded terrace adjoins the wooded and flower-filled grounds.
The cuisine is updated to reflect the seasons:
Seasonal Flavours, Marmiton, Discovery and Truffle menus (only from mid-January to mid-March), weekly market
The Auberge de Contrevoz offers takeaway meals every weekend, but only if you book before Friday evening (depending on the time of year).
When you place your order, you'll be told what time to pick it up at the Auberge.
For all occasions and events (birthday meals, weddings, group meals, business meals, works council meals, end-of-year meals, retirement meals, gift vouchers, etc.) or simply to treat yourself!
The Auberge de Contrevoz also offers cookery classes and a catering service.
