A firm cheese, made from goat's and sheep's milk (or cow's milk, depending on taste) and perfect raw or grilled. A concentrate of calcium and proteins for the body. A Halloumi workshop, just like at home, to create a unique cheese, just like you!

The Halloumi Workshop
During this workshop, you'll discover how to make this tasty cheese dough that won't melt! It's the perfect texture for sandwiches and salads, either cold or grilled. The cheese tasting will be accompanied by a glass of Kefir and the homemade cake of the moment. What a programme!
And leave with your Halloumi.
