Approved by the French Orienteering Federation. 7 levels of practice from beginner to confirmed: 3 green courses (2.5 km, 4 km, 5.5 km), 2 blue courses (3.5 km and 5.5 km), 1 red course (6 km) and 1 black course (6 km)
Outdoor activity practiced with the help of a detailed map of the area with checkpoints (beacons) for validation. 50 permanent markers, information panel at the entrance of the Espace 1000 Sources
The Espace 1000 Sources offers the possibility of accommodation and catering on reservation as well as supervision on the routes by the Station Sport Nature Vézère-Monédières.
