Bis?Pro is a haven of peace located at the foot of the château, in a little hidden alleyway on the banks of the Soust river.
Yoann is Pau?s only barista, offering genuine specialty coffees, rare teas and lattes, accompanied by a homemade cake or a simple savory dish. You come here to relax, read or perhaps work, as it's also an atypical, flower-filled coworking space. A terrace for sunny days, tasting workshops? a place to relax and enjoy.
