With something for everyone, Gédéon offers dishes based on low-temperature chicken from the Basque region and the Landes, with sauces and accompaniments from local or seasonal produce.
You can choose the sauce and accompaniment you want for your poultry.
And depending on what you want for lunch or dinner, you can enjoy your meal on the premises or take it away.
To vary the pleasures, a different dish of the day is offered each day according to the daily theme: Tuesday back from the market, Wednesday little and big kids, Thursday travel, Friday fish and Saturday tradition. All in locavore mode!
