Sustainable tourism
Between the mountains of Lure and the Durance valley, the Bistrot de Niozelle is always open for friends. Every day (except Wednesdays), hikers, cyclists, holidaymakers and regulars push open the door of Mimi's Buffet, happy to find traditional, simple and generous cuisine, just like at home! Merieme left her native Normandy to devote herself to her passion. Attentive to the flavors of her adopted region, this determined chef composes beautiful seasonal dishes. But Meriem's talents don't stop there. She also offers a bespoke catering service, inviting other culinary experiences. Her aim? To promote the pleasures of authentic, refined, innovative, healthy and responsible gastronomy.
