A yoga teacher since 2008, Cécile offers group and individual classes for adults and children in her studio, at home and outdoors whenever the weather permits. Traditional hatha yoga, gentle hatha and dynamic hatha, prenatal yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, yoga kids, family yoga? Beginners or advanced, young or old, sports enthusiasts, Cécile's classes are adapted to suit everyone, using supports where necessary. She regularly organizes yogatherapy workshops on Sunday mornings and yoga detox vitality retreats in the basin.

By appointment, Cécile also offers yogatherapy sessions, Aum-Ka-Ra energy treatments and Atma, a deep relaxation treatment in water.
