Location complements
To reach the hamlet of Passy, from the village centre, take the D29 road and turn left towards "Maison Neuve", then continue to Passy hamlet.
Guidebook with maps/step-by-step
From Passy hamlet, follow the wide track that goes past a few chalets and leads to the top of the Vagnys chairlift. Just beyond the chairlift, go left towards Commune. The path follows the edge of the woods and goes past the Verduize and Mouillettes chalets, before reaching the Commune mountain pasture. The view of the surrounding mountains is beautiful. Cross the pasture to reach Les Praz de Commune and its small gathering of chalets.
